Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE SHIPPING in India on all our orders.

  • All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi.
  • All orders are processed and shipped with 48 hrs. (2 working days maximum) 
  • We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
  • Free Shipping offers are for standard shipping only, fast shipping costs extra.
  • Fast Shipping! Orders are often shipped the same day or the following business day with additional Charges*, please get in touch with us if you require fast shipping.
  • Custom & engraved orders may take an additional 7-10 business days to ship.
  • Wholesale orders will be shipped as we get to them based on where they are in the queue. Current ship time is approximately 6-8weeks weeks depending on product availability.

Shipment Tracking:

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, we will email you the tracking number along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order.

NOTE: The tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be activated on the company’s tracking website.

Delay in Delivery:

Delays in delivery of your product caused due to natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstances shall not be refundable, returned, replaced or exchanged.  

Any delays caused due to unavailability of stock at will be the company’s responsibility. We shall inform the you by e-mail in which will be given the option to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund on their order.
